General Information
- 3 Day Rush: 3 Day Rush options pertain only to orders of 1000pc or less w/ a 1 color 1 location decoration. All orders are subject to credit approval. For customers who are required to prepay, production begins upon receipt of payment and proof approval.
- Pricing: Prices include a one color, one position imprint only.
- PMS Matching: Please provide PMS color codes. Exact color match is not guaranteed.
- Purchase Orders: Phone orders are not accepted. Order must include item number, description, current pricing, all additional charges, imprint color, imprint position, and any other imprinting instructions.
- Artwork: Please send black and white, camera ready, color separated artwork. Artwork will be sized to fit maximum imprint area unless otherwise specified.
- Typesetting: No charge for straight line typesetting. Cannot guarantee exact match.
- Proofs: No charge for paper proof. Available within 1-3 days.
- Production Time: 3-5 working days after proof approval. Blank goods will be shipped within 24 hours.
- Returns / Cancellation: Orders cancelled during production will be charged for the work completed at the time of cancellation. No returns will be accepted without factory’s authorization.
- Customer Warranty: Customer warrants that they have the right to use the artwork, logos that are requested to be placed on Opus Products and its employees and agents against any claims for damages and costs, including but not limited to Attorney’s Fees and costs, in any cause of action including, but not limited to an infringement action as a result of imprinting the artwork.
